PhotoSense
AI event photo delivery, powered by face recognition.
AI-powered event photo delivery platform using face recognition to help event guests find their own photos instantly. Built entirely in-house. Working prototype live; pre-launch stage. Built on Next.js, NestJS, and Python FastAPI for the AI layer, with PostgreSQL + pgvector for face-match search. Hosted on Hetzner with Cloudflare R2 for photo storage. RAW files are never stored — every upload is converted to three JPEG versions (thumbnail, web preview, full-res) and the RAW is deleted.

Architectural door fittings and hardware, India to Europe.
Consulting and import/export, focused on architectural door fittings and hardware — decorative and fire/safety-rated. European distribution starting from Ireland, alongside India and global markets. Roughly 50/50 split targeted between consulting services and goods trade. CE marking and EN-standard certifications (EN 1935, EN 1906, EN 12209, EN 1154, EN 1125/179) are the compliance gate before distributor outreach — especially for fire-rated hardware lines. Target distributors identified in the Republic of Ireland as the European entry point.
