How do we work together?
Depends on what you're building and what you need — equity, service fees, or a mix, discussed and agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you take equity in my business?
Sometimes — it depends on the engagement. We agree terms upfront before any work begins.
How fast can you deliver?
We don't quote a fixed number here, because it genuinely depends on scope and our current capacity — we're a small, hands-on team, not a bench of consultants waiting for work. You'll get a real timeline, specific to your project, before anything starts.
Who owns the platform/IP you build for me?
IP ownership is set out in writing per engagement, before work begins — it's not a one-size-fits-all answer we can give in the abstract. Ask us for the specifics of your project and we'll walk you through it upfront, not after the fact.
Do you only work with new ideas, or existing businesses too?

Where are you based?
India. We are registered as Evo Business Mechatronics Private Limited, trading as EBM Corporation, and we work with clients internationally.
What's the difference between a Venture and a Service?
Ventures are businesses EBM owns and runs directly — PhotoSense and Trade today. Services are capability areas we build and consult on for other people's businesses — IT Services, Logistics, Fintech, SaaS, D2C, Telecom, and Edtech. See the full split on our Ventures page.
Are EBM Flow, Ledger, Sentry, and the other named products available today?
Not yet — Berry, Orchestrate, Flow, Launch, Sentry, Transit, and Ledger are all still in development. Each has its own page describing what it's built to do and how to get early access. Until they ship, the equivalent work is available today as a hands-on engagement through the matching service.
Can I hire you for a small project, or only big engagements?
Small. Our IT Services model exists specifically for businesses that need real work done without the cost of hiring a full team — we scope to what you actually need, not a minimum contract size.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We are registered in India and work with clients internationally, and our Trade venture already distributes into Europe. Wherever you are based, get in touch and we will scope the work with you.
