How hiring works today
We're small and early-stage — there's no job board or applicant tracking system yet. Roles come up as client engagements need them, and we hire and direct people directly for that work. If you don't see something posted, that doesn't mean we're not hiring — reach out and tell us what you'd bring.
What you'd actually work on
Real delivery, not internal busywork — the same IT Services, Logistics, Fintech, SaaS, D2C, and Telecom engagements we run for clients, plus our own ventures (PhotoSense, Trade) when we're building them ourselves. You'd be working alongside the same AI-driven workflows we sell to clients, not separate from them.
That includes the products EBM is building in-house right now — Berry, Flow, Orchestrate, Launch, Ledger, Sentry, and Transit — and Consulting engagements where you'd be embedded directly with a client, not once removed from them.
The Edtech pipeline
Trainees from our Edtech programs — hands-on training and internships for people starting out — feed directly into EBM delivery teams across IT Services, Logistics, and Telecom. If you're new to the field, that's the real entry point, not a cold application.
