Co-owned 50/50, both working as director-employees in the company they run — not just passive shareholders.
No outside board
There's no board to report to and no outside shareholders to manage around. Every call — on a client engagement, on a venture, on hiring — gets made by whoever's actually closest to it, not routed up for sign-off from people who aren't doing the work.
Both hands-on, not one strategy and one operations
Neither founder is purely front-of-house or purely back-office — both work the same client and venture problems day to day. If something we shipped isn't good, we're the ones who built it and hear about it directly, not a layer removed from it.
