Legal
Terms of Use
Effective 26 August 2026. These terms cover use of ebmcorporation.com — the website you're reading. If you're engaging EBM for a project, that engagement is governed by the agreement you sign for it, not this page — see Client engagements.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, the appropriate response is to stop using the site, not to use it under a different understanding of what applies.
What this website is
ebmcorporation.com is EBM Corporation's (legal name Evo Business Mechatronics Private Limited) marketing and informational website — it describes what we build, publishes our Insights content, and lets you get in touch or sign in to the client portal. It is not itself a product with an availability guarantee, and content on it is provided for information rather than as a binding representation about a specific engagement.
Acceptable use
Use this site the way it's meant to be used. Specifically, don't:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data behind it, including the client or employee platforms;
- probe, scan, or test its security beyond what a normal visitor would do, without our prior written permission;
- scrape, bulk-extract, or republish its content in a way that misrepresents its source;
- use it to transmit malware, or to disrupt the service for other visitors.
We monitor for and block automated abuse as a matter of course — see our privacy statement for what that involves. Violating this section is grounds for us to restrict or terminate your access.
Accounts
Creating an account on the client portal means you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, design, the EBM name and mark, and the names of EBM's own products — belongs to EBM or is used with permission. You may view and share it for its intended purpose; you may not reproduce it for commercial use, or represent it as your own, without our written permission.
This doesn't apply to work product from a client engagement — that's covered by the agreement for that engagement.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites, including our own social media profiles and, occasionally, other people's content in Insights. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices — following a link away from ebmcorporation.com means you're now subject to that site's own terms.
No warranty
This website and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose — if you find something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it, which is a genuinely faster remedy at our size than most warranty language would give you anyway.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, EBM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This section deliberately doesn't state a specific liability cap or figure — that's a term for a signed engagement agreement, not a number we'd publish as a blanket website policy without it being reviewed for the jurisdiction it needs to hold up in.
Client engagements
If you're working with EBM on a project, the terms of that engagement — scope, price, timelines, ownership of what's built, and how disputes are handled — are set out in the agreement you sign for it. That agreement governs; these website terms don't override it, and it doesn't extend to your general use of this website outside that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where EBM Corporation (Evo Business Mechatronics Private Limited) is registered. A separate engagement agreement may specify a different governing law for that engagement specifically.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you've had the chance to read it.
