Cases

No ticketing system yet — there's nothing to log in to see. Every request goes straight to a person, and you'll hear back the same way: directly, not through a case number.

If you need to open something, or check on something you already sent us, the same form gets you a real reply either way.

A case number is useful when a request has to survive being handed between people who don't otherwise know it exists. At our size, the person who reads your message is usually the same person who acts on it — the tracking overhead has nothing to do, so we haven't built it.

About cookies on this site

Essential cookies are always on. Analytics only with your consent. No advertising cookies, and we never sell personal information. See or our privacy statement.

What each type does

This site sets a small number of cookies it cannot work without — keeping you signed in, and checking that form submissions are not automated. Those are always on.

With your consent we also measure which pages get used, so we can improve them. We use cookieless analytics that does not follow you to other sites.

EBM runs no advertising cookies and does not sell personal information. See for the full list, or our privacy statement.
