What happens after we ship.
Today, our engagements end at delivery. Recurring support and maintenance packages after a platform ships are on our roadmap as we scale past first builds — ask us if this is what you need and we'll scope something.
We'd rather say that plainly than sell a maintenance retainer we don't yet have the team depth to staff properly. If you need ongoing support now, tell us — we'll either build a real arrangement around your specific need or tell you honestly that we can't yet.
